Vision:

I feel more fit and have even more energy to utilize my ideas for the benefit of generati.  My physical health is improving daily and I find meaning in eating through conscious choice of foods I like and contribute to my longevity.  I understand my feelings about my emotions and am more comfortable with what I know about those feelings and how they contribute to my inner peace and satisfaction.  My passive income exceeds my expenses and I'm not out of the rat race.  I consider my spending choices in light of the goals I've chosen to pursue in terms of asset accumulation.  I'm more understanding of others, while loving, supporting and caring for my family, my wife and myself.

Goals:

Internal:

  • Walk 5 times a week for a min of 15 min

  • Use my Chi Machine 1x per day

  • Eat consciously

External:

·         Write 1 entry per week in my journal about my emotional well-being on Mondays

Financial:

·         On Mondays, allocate funds to my three accounts.

  • Do NOT buy liabilities.

Developmental:

·         Complete an avg of 1 async system per week for 9 months

 

Standards:

  • Weave the other three lines of development into this one

  • Establish a community of support whom I share this plan
