Starts to play different roles. Overly interested in power and its
use. |
STRATEGIST |
Enjoys complexity inherent in people's differing
world views and capabilities. Seeks to create an organisation which
can harness this diversity. Sees the 'game' and intervenes. Plays
many roles. |
MAGICIAN |
Focus is transformation of society, organisation
and self. Seeks common good. Enjoys interplay of purposes, actions
and results. Is illusive, chameleon like and powerful. |
