Seeks effectiveness and results through application of plans and actions. Works enthusiastically and innovatively towards given goals.

INDIVIDUALIST

Understands self to be one player in complex game. Starts to play different roles. Overly interested in power and its use.

STRATEGIST

Enjoys complexity inherent in people's differing world views and capabilities. Seeks to create an organisation which can harness this diversity. Sees the 'game' and intervenes. Plays many roles.

MAGICIAN

Focus is transformation of society, organisation and self. Seeks common good. Enjoys interplay of purposes, actions and results. Is illusive, chameleon like and powerful.
